We now have a co-chair for S-PAC. Stan Olson will be one of the speakers for this event. We have selected a catering service. For more information, read more.

Dean Sewell, member of the Student Branch at University of Memphis, has volunteered for the S-PAC 2010 Co-Chair position. We gladly invite Dean to join our planning committee.
Before our next meeting on Nov 6, the following is intended to be completed:
Facilities
-Will negotiate price and place deposit for venue
Sponsorship
-St. Jude would like to be a Gold Sponsor
-Will update sponsorship spreadsheet and letter
-Diamond = $500
-Gold = $250
-Silver = $100
Registration/Website
-New registration system online. Ticket voucher registration offline.
-Early Registration: $10 Student, $25 Professional
-Late Registration (After Feb 1): $15 Student, $30 Professionals
-Update entire Website
Finance
-Fill out budget form for S-PAC to Jim Howard
Publicity
-Contact Deans and Chairs of surrounding schools. Ask for participation.
-Create an S-PAC Flyer
Speakers/Programs
-Contact Stan Olson - "Certain Steps in Uncertain Times"
-Contact Dr. Yuri Quintana ( 3 other possible speakers for panel discussion)
-Event Schedule Draft
